Welcome

Hi everyone!  My name is Any Luna and I have been teaching English since 1996, and in 2011 I became an Academic Consultant.  My job is now to train English teachers all over Guatemala -as a country- and sometimes even in El Salvador and Honduras. Through all these years I have seen almost everything when it comes to teachers.  I have seen great ones, the ones that really understand how to teach a foreign language, and I have also seen teachers that need to make a lot of changes in their techniques.  One thing they all have in common though, is that they care, and they care a lot!  They all want their students to learn English because they understand why this language is essential for students who are living in the 21st Century (even though some students don't seem to understand why).

So, this blog is for all the hundreds of English teachers I have met and for those I haven't met yet.  For the great ones and for the ones on their way to greatness. Most importantly, this blog is for all the teachers that are looking for ideas and fun activities that are focused on teaching English in the 21st Century.
